If you’re in the pet industry and not at SuperZoo then like me, you must feel like your world is on hold. I have FOMO – Fear Of Missing Out – really badly right now and it’s certainly not just because I’m missing all the cool products being showcased.
SuperZoo is HUGE
While SuperZoo is stated to be, “The National Show for Pet Retailers” it is so much more. It’s a congregation of EVERYTHING in the pet space. I know pet sitters, bloggers and heads of pet professional organizations that are there. Their theme this year is, “better together” and I think that is super fitting!
To give you an idea of the size it’s 282,000+ square feet – that’s more than four miles of aisles! – and just majassive! And here are some stats from 2016 courtesy of our friends at BlogPaws:

So while I can’t scroll through Facebook, Twitter or even avoid the emails from LinkedIn, I know what will come from SuperZoo are amazing new products, amazing new connections made between people in the pet space and amazing things for pets.
It’s All About Pets
Even if you are just a pet owner, this is the time when great things happen for your pets. While the show is certainly mostly focused on product showcasing, it also has a grooming contest and loads of educational seminars to make all those who affect our pet’s lives better for the pets.
